Cancellation Policy
To ensure a respectful and supportive experience for all clients, please note the following policies for the Dream Package: No Call/No Show: A missed session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled and may be considered forfeited. Thank you for honoring these policies, which help maintain fairness and allow all clients to benefit fully from their dream work journey.
